| Dr. Chen has served as Chairman and CEO of China Yida since 2001. He has extensive experience in the media industry and held senior positions in the journalism industry, including being CEO of the newspaper "HK-Taiwan Information." He is also a part-time professor at the Tourism College of Fujian Normal University, a tutor for postgraduates, vice president of Fujian Provincial Tourism Institute and vice president of the Fujian Advertisement Association. In 2005, he published a research paper called "General Theory of Tourism and Chinese Traditional Culture," which has been adapted by the Tourism College of Fujian Normal University to become one of its undergraduate text books. Dr. Chen received several national and provincial prizes, including one of "The Ten Most Distinguished Persons of the Fujian Economy in 2006." Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. in 2005. |
| Ms. Fan has served as Chief Operating Officer of China Yida since 2001. She is responsible for the operations of the company. Ms. Fan is a journalist by background and was a radio anchor before joining Dr. Chen and moving into the media industry and co-founding the business. From 1995 to 2001, she was the COO of the holding company driving the advertising and tourism businesses. In 2005, she was honored with the titles: "Fujian Splendid Woman" and "Advanced Worker of the Advertisement Industry in Fuzhou." Ms. Fan received her MBA in 2002. |
| Mr. Wung joined China Yida in January 2009 as its Chief Financial Officer. He is knowledgeable about U.S. GAAP and public company responsibilities, specialized in investor relations management. Before joined us,he has been the managing director of Etech Securities Inc., supervising a team of ten individuals that deliver a variety of financial services to clients. Mr. Wung's responsibilities at Etech Securities included directing client relationships, expanding the firm's customer base, and building up ties with various government agencies. Before that, Mr. Wung was the director of the Prosperity Financial Group in California, ,the Senior Vice President of the Global American Investments, Inc. Mr. Wung received his B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton in 2000. He holds the Series 7 Certificate in General Securities Representative, and Series 63 Certificate in State Securities law. |
| Mr. Lin has served as the Financial Controller of China Yida since 2003. He has extensive financial experience working at large-scale enterprises in Fujian province. Previously, Mr. Lin served as the Chief Financial Director at Fujian Furi Group Co., Ltd, and was also an accountant for China Fujian International Economic and Technological Cooperation Company. Mr. Lin is a Certified Public Accountant in China, and is a professional member of the CICPA. He received his BA in Accounting in 1994. |
| Mr Yan has served as the Head of the Tourism Division at China Yida since 2005. He oversees all aspects of the Company's tourism business, including the acquisition, development, management and operation of the scenic parks. Previously, he was the CEO of Wuyi Shan Tourism Administration, responsible for the management of the Wuyi Shan scenic spot, which was named as an example of World Class Natural and Cultural Heritage by the United Nations. Mr. Yan received his BA in 1985, and is a qualified business administration economist, company cultural administrator, national professional manager (Class 2) and ISO 9000 external auditor in China. |
| Mr. Huo has served as the Head of the Advertising Division at China Yida since 2005. He oversees all aspects of the Company's advertisement division, including formulating and executing the promotional programs for China Yida's scenic parks and the selling and managing of advertisement airtime for the education TV channel. Previously, Mr. Huo served as the deputy general manager of the Fujian TV News Channel, one of the most popular channels in Fujian. Prior to that, he worked as a writer, program representative and director of the Program Department at a local media company. Mr. Huo received his BA in 1994. |
| Mr. Wang has served as Vice President of Finance for China Yida since 2007, and is responsible for the Company's investment and financing activities. Previously, he served for four years as the vice president of Bank of China's local branch in charge of its credit business. Mr. Wang received his BA in law in 1993. |
| Ms. Chen has served as the Head of Business and Partnership Development since 2005. She is responsible for formulating and executing business development programs and exploring strategic partnership opportunities. Ms. Chen has previously served as the assistant to the chairman and the chief director of the HR department since 2004. Prior to that, she served as the senior marketing manager of Tsingtao Beer Co., Ltd. for two years. Ms. Chen received her BA in 1998 and E-MBA in 2007, and is a national professional manager (Class 2). |
| Mr. Zhang joined China Yida in January 2009 as its Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Investor Relations. He is knowledgeable about Chinese account principals, GAAP, and financial market regulations in China. Before joined us, he has been the Senior Vice President of Etech Securities Inc., the leader of execution team for 2 clients in connection with private placements and acquisitions. Before that, Mr. Zhang was the Project Manager of Etech Securities Inc., an advisor to 4 clients in connection with equity financing transactions, and he was Assistant CEO of Fujian Jingxie Real Estate Development Co. Mr. Zhang received his B.A. in Economic from University of California. |
Professor Yin is known as the first General Manager of Chinese Advertising Company (state-owned enterprises). She was graduated at People's University, majored in Chinese. She was the General Manger of the first China state-owned enterprise internal advertising company in 1984, and left off his job in 2002. This cosmetics company's annual sales volume increased from 40 million to 1.5 billion during these 18 years. Since then Professor Yin was CEO of several multinational advertising companies, currently she has served as the CEO of East Shengye International Advertising company and the professor at Beijing Union University Advertising School.
With her outstanding performances, Professor Yin has the great influences in China's advertising and media industries. The advertising companies that Professor Yin has served were all on the Top 100 Advertising Company List in China. The well-known advertising clients that she has served were "Dabao Cosmetics", "Haier", "Hisense Electric", "Ariston refrigerator", "Shanxi Fen Wine", "Red Eagle", "Furong Wang", "Tsingtao Beer", "Yanjing Beer", these companies are the industry-leading enterprises in China. From media industry, Professor Yin was responsible for planning, producing, shooting of many important TV programs and dramas, ex. "Walk into Taiwan", "China's economic reports", "1/2 hour economic report", "CCTV Young Singer Competition Show" on CCTV Channel, "Red Eagle Cinema" on Phoenix Channel and "The prime minister Luoguo Liu" became a well-known TV series in China, the programs she has engaged in were setting the audience records.

Professor Huang is one of the greatest experts in China tourism academic circle. In 2006 and 2007, he has twice invited by China National Tourism Bureau and Taiwan Office of CPC Central Committee, represented China tourism academic circle to write the monographs, and he was the only subject speaker who represented China tourism to participate in Strait Economic Trade Forum. From 2005 to 2006, Professor Huang was responsible for planning, researching and modifying the museum display contents of "China Fujian-Taiwan Kinship Museum" which approved by Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and Fujian Provincial Committee. "China Fujian-Taiwan Kinship Museum" becomes the new tourism landmark of west coast of the strait, the popular tourist attraction in Quanzhou, Fujian. China National Tourism Bureau asked Professor Huang presides over "Open Tourism Market for Mainland citizen traveling to Taiwan and management issues" from March 2008 to March 2009. He has made outstanding contributions for historical problems in Mainland-Taiwan tourism development issues.
Professor Huang was graduated at Xiamen University, majored in History. He was in charge of Xiamen University Management School, and the founder of Xiamen University Tourism Department, the first Director of Tourism Department in 1988. He has spent more than 30 years lecturing at Xiamen University.
Professor Huang currently gives tourism lectures in Xiamen University Management School, the Chief Academic Officer of doctoral program of Tourism Management. He was in charge of Tourism Management Program for post PhD study in Business Administration and the Supervisor of PhD students. He was the Director of Xiamen University Tourism Management Planning & Research Institute, the part-time professor at Beijing International Studies University Tourism School, and Fujian tourism development consultant. He has traveled to the United States, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao for international academic exchange events. |
Michael Marks is president and a director of Middle Kingdom Alliance Corporation (MKGB: OTCBB); Mr. Marks is also a director of China Housing and Land Development, Inc. (CHLN: NASDAQ); a director of Genesis Pharmaceuticals Enterprises, Inc. (GNPH: OTCBB); and a director of ATMU Inc.
Mr. Marks is also a founding managing partner and principal in Middle Kingdom Investments, a broader investment group focused on private equity and direct investment opportunities in China. The group specializes in the micro-cap and small-cap investment arena in China, looking for emerging growth companies with strong management, unique or proprietary technology, significant market potential, financial strength, and outstanding long-term earnings growth possibilities.
Mr. Marks has been involved in over US$2 billion of transactions in China over the past eight years, as a principal, advisor, or investment banker, and has worked closely with international and Chinese institutions. These include, inter alia, The Carlyle Group, Starwood Capital, Goldman Sachs, Dubai Investment Group, Investec Bank, Standard Bank, Beijing International Trust and Investment Corporation, China Jin Mao Group Company Limited, and Shanghai Investment Group.
In January 2003, Mr. Marks founded the China practice of Sonnenblick Goldman, a New York headquartered investment bank established in 1893, and served as China managing director and regional principal of the firm until December 2007 when the global firm was sold. In September 2002, Mr. Marks founded the Shanghai office of Horwath Asia Pacific, a management consulting and advisory firm affiliated with Horwath International, a global accounting and advisory firm. He served as its director and Shanghai representative until December 2005. From January 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Marks served as a manager of Horwath Asia Pacific in Sydney, Australia. In March 2001, Mr. Marks founded B2Globe, a start-up business in the Asia-Pacific region focusing on outsourcing of systems design, payment processing, risk management, customer service, and marketing from international Internet businesses penetrating the Chinese-language markets in Asia. From March 2001 to August 2002, when B2Globe was sold, Mr. Marks served as its chief executive officer. In June 1999, Mr. Marks joined Metro Education in China and co-founded Metro Corporate Training in Shanghai, China as a joint venture partnership with a Chinese education and training institute, offering corporate training and management development solutions to executives of Chinese and international Fortune 500 companies, and served as the group and company's chief executive officer until February 2001. From June 1999 to November 2004, when a controlling interest in Metro Education was sold, Mr. Marks also served as a director. From January 1995 to January 1998, Mr. Marks worked in the audit, corporate finance and advisory divisions in the Johannesburg, South Africa office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Marks graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and Masters of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1994 and 1997 respectively. He was also president of the Commerce Students Council and vice-president of the All Faculty Council in 1994. In 1998 Mr. Marks graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree from the University of South Africa. In 1995, Mr. Marks completed his qualifying examinations of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom. In 1997, Mr. Marks qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, and in 1999 as a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants in the United Kingdom. Since June 1999 Mr. Marks has lived in Shanghai, China. He speaks fluent Mandarin, French and English. |
